Read the help file > DVD format, it gives a lot of information on the format.
The films video and audio information can only be saved on DVD in a certain format. The most important parameters of the formats supported by VideoPack-DVD are listed below:
Video-PAL: 720x576, 704x576, 352x576 or 352x288 at 25 fps
Video-NTSC: 720x480, 704x480, 352x480 or 352x240 at 29.97 fps
Audio-MPEG: 48 kHz, stereo at 224 KBit/s
Audio-AC3: 48 or 96 kHz Dolby Digital audio format
As a special case, MPEG1 video streams can also be written to a DVD, provided these comply with the standard with regard to the resolution and refresh rate.
The maximum permissible data rate (also referred to as the muxrate) on a DVD is 9.8 MBit/s for all data together. This is approximately 1.2 MByte/s, which is approximately equal to the read speed of an 8x CD drive. If the data rate is above this, the material is invalid and must be converted.
etc etc

So VP is telling you the Mux rate is 14106800, (1.4 MByte/s ) when it's looking for 1.2 MByte/s ?
