So......using the CVD(352x480) format can you have menus etc. like on a regular dvd? If so howbout a guide on this? Like which authoring software to use. DVDmotion is the only software that even mentions cvd format?

It appears that CVD structure is very similar to SVCD. You could think of it as an xSVCD if you so desired. So, you can't make menus like a DVD, but you can make menus like SVCD on a CVD.
