HI ALL, IVE GOT SOME VCD & SVCD FILMS BUT I WAS WONDERING IF I CAN ADD CHAPTERS AND MENUS TO THEM. IF SO WHAT PROGRAMMES DO I NEED AND HOW DO I DO IT?

Firstly, please don't SHOUT everything you type.
Secondly if you look to your left, you will see a list of shortcuts. Try the Author one. There is a whole list of guides there written by many people here.
Its always a good idea to look a little first....
