SVCD starts play 4:20 from beginning in standalone (DVD2SVCD

I have tried to make 2 svcds with prog DVD2SVCD, CCE 2.5 and CDRWin.

First movie, When DVD2SVCD finished, I put the cdr in my standalone. It rotated between change disc image and title (this was after presing play once). I had to hit the >> button three times to get the movie to start. It cut off about a minute of movie.

Next movie I made, I figured the change disc and title page screwed up the first movie burn, so I didnt use change disc or title screens. This time, I just get a blue screen after pushing play. I hit >> twice and movie starts, but not from beginning again... It cut off about 4m:20sec from beginning of movie.

I went in and edited the .cue file changed INDEX 03 4:43:45
to 00:08:05
burned image again and still same problem.

Funny thing is, I can put the cdr in the computer, go to the \MPEGAV\AVSEQ_01 File and it plays from very beginning. I dont know what I need to do ith this. Is there a way to fix the cue and reburn. I dont think since I changed it and it did nothing. It must be in the .bin file itself. Is there a way to edit becuase it takes so long to build the bin files. BTW, I used vcdxbuild and dvdchapters is selected in DVD2SVCD 1.0.4.b2

what are you trying to tell me? 1.0.4.b2 is the version I already have. If I upgrade prob will go away? Its a bug? I have already downloaded the newest version and encoding right now. Will post agian if I make another dam coaster...
