What does the "default" and "multi default" mean in VCD authoring with VCDcomposer or other authoring software. How does it works?
I use the "Return" setting to make a link to my main menu. It doesn't work if I use VCDcomposer to author but it works perfect if I used VCDeasy or VCDwizard. Is there any solution for this?
Is it a bug? I really like this software becouse the user interface and the save option.

According to VCDImager's documentation (which is the backend for VCDComposer and VCDEasy), default is the default action to take, in this case Default=Play button on your DVD remote.
Multi default is a feature that lets you set multiple jump points in a clip, and depending on when you push Play on the remote, it will go to one of those entrypoints.
For example, if you're watching a clip that has advertisements for various products and you see something you're interested in and hit Play, it will take you to the clip for that particular product. If you let the clip play to the next product and hit play then, you'd go to that other product./\/\ars /\/\ayhem -
Thank you for your post. I got the same info from the VCDimager namual. My problem is that the same function is mapping to the different remote key from different GUI programs. I like VcdComposer but it doesn't map the return setting to the return button . VCDeasy does it right.
