    When i got to the movie section and add a clip, it adds it showing the meteer to 100%, but then nothing shows up in the side column...Whats happening?

    Probably the file has a funny header. Demux and then mux audio and video to a new file. It should work then.

    Ok, in TMPEG, Demultiplex under >>Tools to get audio and video as two separate files. Then use the Multiplex tab to slap the two pieces back together. This ususally does the trick for me since TMPEG will write a new header that SpruceUP likes. You may also try the Cut & Join tab, where you do nothing to the file but copy it to a new one, with "refreshed" header.
