    I'm quite new to converting Avi to Vcd format but have managed to do quite a few using TEMPgenc but one has eluded me.

    I have the movie Shrek in divX form and when encoding in TEMPgenc I get a good video picture but no audio. So I tried to convert the audio to WAV format first using Virtualdub.

    When I do this i get the message

    "failure straming Avi date error cyclic redundancy check"

    Has anyone got any ideas
