    Hi

    Today i tried making an SVCD for the very first time. I followed the basic steps shown on this site. The problem im having is i cant get to burn the cif file properly. It says that adaptec support this format but that piece of bull doesnt recognise my recorder. I try burning the cif file with nero which comes up with a dialougue box saying "the block data is incorrect...." something like that. Anyways i just click on ignore and all i get in the end is emopty wasted cd. Can someone please tell me the correct way of burning SVCDS!! THANKS

    Going to need some more info. What's your video source? what program are you using to encode? what program are you using to make the cif image, have you tried burning the MPEG2 file?
