    make a .BIN and a .CUE file for this MPG i ripped from a dvd?
    its 925MB and about 1hour and 37mins long..

    Well you could author it into a bin and cue using any vcd or svcd burning software (depending on what your making) but at 925mbs it will only fit on 99 min media. You would possibly be able to overburn it on 90 min media but I wouldn't recommend it.

    If you need to find out how and what to use to author the bin and cue then click on the Author link. I think the easiest thing for you to do is either re-encode your file at a lower bitratre so that it fits on your media or just cut it into two parts and span it over two cdrs. It you need to know how to cut your mpg click on the EDIT link.
