BeSweet is a commandline tool. Nothing will happen if you just doubleclick on besweet.exe.
You can use it with besweetGUI, sometimes it is easier. The screenshot above you will find at the Azid tab.

Which version of besweet do you use? Are you sure you have the complete package, not only an update? Check the dir for azid.dll, ssrc.dll, mp2enc.dll. Did you select the correct path to besweet.exe in the GUI (besweet tab)?

from doom9's guide, did you get toolame.exe as well as the azid addon???? because just Besweet will not do what you want.
