    Is there anything out there better or faster than Tmpeg for creating SVCD's from either mpeg or avi? Tmpeg takes a long time on my PII.

    to me, CCE is better than Tsunami, especially now with the updated DVD2SVCD guide on doom9. good luck finding a regged copy though!
