    i got a file called "blablabla.SeVCD.mpg". is this a vcd or a svcd. i think it cannot be asvcd, because i can play it with my media-player, without having a dvd-rom, or a mpeg2-codec installed. so what is it, and how do i burn it? or is it even a regular vcd?
    help me.

    download bitrate viewer from the tools section. It will analyze your video file and tell you all about it.
