Is it possible to make a Svcd with Ac3 Sound???

When We have a divx with Ac3 sound is it possible to make a svcd or a vcd with ac3 sound???

@kdiddy: you know, I searched for this exact thing and this is the first helpful thread I found, perhaps some more helpful threads have been burried, but the fact remains that as a newcomer to this forum, I had a hard time finding even this.

Just typing Dolby Digital SVCD in the serch box for me return 43 posts on the exact same topic. So what exactly is hard about that?

it didn't occur to me to search for "Dolby Digital" when I have an ac3 file and a mpeg2 encoded video file to mux together. Having said that, more than half the search results just say "use the search button". perhaps this should be added to the FAQ, it says there that you can mux ac3 with mpeg2 using tmpg, but maybe a little note that says there is no way to burn this as an SVCD.
