If there a way to find out what settings/encoder was used for a certain SVCD? I am reencoding a few of them from pal to ntsc because my player doesn't support it and was wondering what can be used to determine settings used to encode it in the first place. I have a bitrate viewer which does get some good information but I mostly want to know what motion precision setting was used to encode them and I don't beleive it says.
