I have Sonic Foundry Soft Encode 5.1 and so I can create 5.1 channel dolby digital .ac3 files. But how do I get it on the DVD with the video file? DVDit PE only works with 2.0 dolby digital. Is there any way for me to create a DVD with Dolby Digital 5.1? Thanks.

You can try SpruceUp. Works file. Juste select your m2v video file, and it automaticaly use the .ac3 file with the same name for audio.
I tried it with a Dolby trailer demultiplexed with bbdmux to an m2v and an ac3.
Good luck.
