    hi

    my pioneer dv-440 apparently can't play PAL so i was trying to convert the SpiderMan SVCD(CTP) to NTSC, so that it can play...

    anyways, i followed the steps on vcdhelp:
    -first, i copied the AVsequence2.mpg to my hard drive
    but when i tried to open it in TMPEmg then it said that it could not open the file.
    so then i tried to multiplex it (using mpeg tools>mutiplex(SVCD setting one..)..it multiplexed it, but TMPEmg stil couldnt' open the multiplexed file!!! - it gave the same error - can't open file

    could somone please help?

    The guide I saw doesn't mention that. It mentions running the mpg through DVD2AVI. I'd take another look in the convert section!
