Problem in generating BIN/CUE file with VCDEASY

I had done small experiment:-
1. Selected VCD2.0
2. Loading the VCD2-PAL.mpg file into VCD EASY.
2. Clicked GO.
Then It says VCDxBuild.exe execution succeeded.
I tried to convert the BIN file to MPG by using VCD GEAR. But It says "Could not locate MPEG stream".
I tried the BIN sample available in the vcdeasy.org site, that converts to MPEG by VCD GEAR without any problem.
Can any one tell me what could be wrong.
I did this small experiment since I had problem in burning the Still picture image with VCDEASY.

The BIN/CUE file generated by the VCDEASY is not compatible with VCDGEAR.
Today I did small experiment:
1. I used the vcdxrip command to generaate the MPG file from the BIN/CUE file generated by VCDEASY. No problem in that.
2. Same BIN/CUE file is used to convert MPEG file by VCDGEAR, it says "COULD NOT FIND MPEG STREAM"
With that small experiment, conclusion is like this:
BIN/CUE files are not compatible for VCDEASY and VCDGEAR.
