I have the TV Wonder and MMC 7.6. The scheduler will not allow me to record TV at all. Is this due to the fact that I currently do not have Guide+ installed (I've lost the CD for the moment), or is there something else I'm missing?
Another question: Is there any way to get MMC to continue recording after it hits the 4G limit (start a new file like VirtualDub does)? I like to record MPEG-2 for SVCD. I'd like this so I can record 2+hours without having to monitor it. Having the scheduler work would alleviate most of the problems but in the case of 2-hour season finales and such, it'd be nice to have an automated solution.

Hi,
I had the same problem - ATI support didn't have a clue, but one of the newsgroups did!. You need to uninstall MMC, remove all of the registry settings (for ATI MMC) and then reinstall, it should fix it. The missing scheduler types point to a corrupt installation.
ATI MMC can't get over the 4Gb limit without changing to W2K and this only works if you are capturing directly to MPEG
