Hi -
WHenever I go to burn a vcd with NERO it gives you the option when a file needs to be re encoded but it still wont burn it onto the cd. Does anyone else gett his and if so how do I convert the files for vcd outside of nero before burning... I would appreciate any help thanks!

nero is a bit bitchy. try using VCDEasy or TSCV instead. you find them here:

If you still have problems.
best way is to convert from avi using the standard PAL/NTSC template inTMPenc (download from the tools area of this site) then burn as a compliant cd in Nero that way Nero will not ask you to re-encode and should burn fine...
Hope this helps you out -
