I have been burning VCD's with Win On CD and have found it difficult to get the autorun feature to autoplay my VCD's on PC. Could someone please give the procedure to properly autoplay VCD's?
Thank You,
mirish

That link is good for a PC. Thanx!
Any way to make a vcd/svcd autorun on a standalone player?

Is it that hard to push the "1" button?
You can put computer auto-run files by using the "abstract" "biography" and "copyright" add files. -
This has nothing to do with necessity. If it did I wouldn't be making S/VCDs in the first place... It's about enjoying the process and wanting to know as much as I can about it! I want to make the best S/VCDs I can and having them autoplay when inserted would make them just that little bit better.

Win On CD puts its own player on the vcd in the burning process (VCD_PLAY.EXE). I have built an autorun.inf file using open=vcd_play.exe and placed it int the root directory only to no avail. Am I not typing the right command? Please advise!
Thanks,

You also have to tell it what file to autoplay in the autorun.inf file otherwise you have only told it to start the player, which is probably what its doing.
