    Ok I'm Capturing at 640x240 in mpeg-2 format at 8.00meg bitrate, but when i play back the audio is terrible, i'm using a vcr and have it hooked up to my souind card can anyoen help me??

    is it becuase i'm using sucH i hight bit rate?? is it my sound card??

    How does it sound when you are capturing? Maybe you are capturing the audio at a high volume and don't notice it until you play it back.
