Burning SVCD to DVD-R

Downloaded Lord of the rings SVCD (4 discs).

THen I've followed the SVCD to DVD-R guide. Used BBDMUX to de-mux (tmpeg wouldn't work right for some reason). Then used DVDpatch to change file headers. Used Tmpeg to convert audio to 48khz.

When I try to import the .m2v video into SpruceUP it gives me an error (at different points in each of the four .m2v files) saying that there is a problem with the GOP header and it stops the import.

Am I doing anything wrong? Is there a way to fix the GOP header?

The files I downloaded were corrupt. They played fine on the computer but when importing them into any DVD authoring software GOP error arose.

Found and d/l good copies - no more GOP errors!
