  1. Hi guys.
I need help in stretching subtitle by time...

My question is, I extracted subtitle from SD source file which runtime is 01:42:58.
And i want to put this subtitle on another HD source file which runtime is 01:43:10.

is this possible to sync. this subtitles by point first and last dialogue and auto sync middle part like fps change ?

I suggest you give Subtitle Edit a try. It has "visual-sync function" which exactly does what you're asking for.

The only thing you have to watch is when you stretch it to same time length and it goes out of sync means it has different scenery/fade times.
    I think,therefore i am a hamster.

Sorry for the slightly late reply.
The only program I found that can stretch the whole subtitle file (that was converted from a different frame rate to seconds) is Easy Subtitles Synchronizer (ESS) which can elastically stretch the subtitles with the help of first and last spoken subtitle that you can set times to. It can be found in the Adjust tab of the program.

  5. I use SubSync for a quick auto shift & stretch or ALASS.bat for automatically synchronizing when sync drift isn't uniform. Sometimes I'll use MKVToolnixGUI to quickly adjust global subtitle times if I know beforehand how much to shift (add/subtract) and/or stretch (multiply/divide).
