I have several VHS tapes I want to digitize, but I've had no luck finding good capture cards that are compatible with Windows 11 (which is the operating system on my computer). Does anyone have any ideas?

IOData GV-USB2; rock-solid on Win11. Hauppauge USB-Live2. Also rock-solid, not quite as tolerant of wonky/wavy tapes, might need stabilisation eg DVD recorder in passthrough, VCR with TBC or a full-blown TBC if you can get one.
You will find having a stabiliser as described above will help in a lot of cases where you have a wavy top part of your image. The GV-USB2 benefits from this too.
