  1. While this project has been available since 2013, it was mostly used exclusively by television stations, I wrote it originally as a collection of BASH scripts. It received a TCL-TK GUI in late 2013 (which was pretty incredible) but has recently been upgraded to Python3 with a QT UI. While still a work-in-progress, it has been updated to include a live Streaming Manager, local single or multi file queue conversion and a new service configuration which allows drop folders (network shareable) running in the background.

    Yes, is uses ffmpeg.

    This is a completely different take on ffmpeg GUIs. Nothing is in stone and you can add any of the hundreds of options ffmpeg provides with a manual options field.

    Still lots to do, but it's working well now as a local drag and drop encoder. Still using the older FreeFactoryConversion.tcl for daemon control. Contributors most welcomed.
