    A dvd player will play most vcd's check the dvd compatability list over on the side there.And im pretty sure you can play them on a dreamcast im not a 100% thou.

    i believe you can play VCDs on dreamcast and ps1...however, i think u need a mod chip or some kind of vcd adapter...

    however, with the cost of a vcd adapter, u might as well buy a standalone dvd player (apex dvd player around $65)

    however, keep in mind dreamcast and ps1 not designed to play VCDs...so may not play them as well as you hope
