Ripping DVD - How to burn a copy without Commentary

I am using WINDVD Platinum (paid verison). I have a DVD that I own that I want to put on my plex server but when I initially burned it has the commentary from all the actors and director. I want a copy with just the movie. The commentary is a bonus on the DVD but when I try to rip it.. only one of the titles is the full movie... so I am confused. Any pointers since I am fairly new to this.

Assuming that WINDVD rips are not longer copy protected, you can open the ISO or the ripped folder with DVDShrink or DVDDecripter and then remove the commentary, assuming it is not embedded in the video.
If it is not in a separate folder, and is embedded in the video, then IDK.
