Just got hold of a beautiful copy of a SVCD at 480x576 and want to convert to 480x480. When I play back the 480x576 copy on DVD player it seems stretched.
I have used TMPGEnc to try to convert(re-encode) but everytime I do so I get double video panels.
Am I doing something wrong here. This is the first time I have had any problems with TMPGEnc.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
