Finehalo settings for dv camcorder halo removal?

I'm working with 2010 consumer-grade DV camcorder footage and want to minimize halos around edges. Here are the settings I'm using:

FineDehalo(rx=1.8, ry=1.3, thmi=65, thma=110, darkstr=0.6, brightstr=1.2, excl=true)

Do these look good for this type of footage, or would you recommend any changes?

Halos on DV footage? How did you capture it? I don't remember halos being an issue with DV.

You should post a few seconds of the original, unedited DV footage.
