    NO cameras have "secure" video/photos in and of themselves. It is the recorder that may or may not do that.
    Afaik, NO standard consumer or broadcast/pro recorders encrypt, that is basically the jurisdiction of legal/forensic/security recording systems.
    But, certain recorders use proprietary, licensed codecs, so they are practically secure unless one holds the license oneself. Example: RedcodeRAW.
