Hi everyone.
This is the first time that I write here, but I've been reading this forum for years, which help me a lot!
I'll try to explain what I want to do, because English isn't my mother tongue.
I have a video originally interlaced, but it was rendered without add "deinterlace" and when you play it, you can see a ghosting picture. I haven't got original files, so I cannot recode again properly.

Also I uploaded a 1 minute sample.
Is there any way to fix it using MeGUI or Staxrip?

	There is a duplicate every six frames which suggests this was PAL (25 fps) that was then bobbed to get to 50 fps, but then converted to 60 fps by duplicating frames. 
 
 The first thing you should do is decimate it from 60 to 50 fps.
 
 However, because the ghosting happens on every single frame, I don't see how you can recover the original because you can't use adjacent frames.
