your link have aes-128 encryption
now no time to try, anyway your key file have leght 64, the key for aes it's only 32. i think need to convert

but simply and easy, Stream Recorder ext for your browser on rec mode work fine (also for 1080p)

I've used HLS downloader and got the TS file, but couldn't play it.

can't play because your video it's encrypted
to use HLS downloader need m3u8 file (and you have) but also the right key to decrypt

your key is that

26c320ad3928c5f5e87e07d0fa3350e5d7bd3bdcf7e8d01141400df30c51bd19

but this is wrong. need to edit and have 32 characters only (this is 64)
