Hello,
I recently got an Avid editing station - Newscutter DV. Quite an age-old piece of equipment, but I wanted to get it up and running out of curiosity and for historical purposes. Unfortunately it turned out that the hard drive had died and I had to put in a new one. I reinstalled the system (it was NT4 from the factory) and installed the relevant applications. Unfortunately I am missing the drivers for the Truevision TARGA DV2000 capture card. This is a rather unique model as it has a dedicated Avid video I/O module that communicates with an external Meridien box. The official Truevision/Pinnale drivers do not see this module. From the instructions available on the web, I learned that a CD with the necessary software and drivers came with the station - unfortunately I do not have this CD. I have already asked on the Avid forum and even contacted them but they don't have it either. Maybe someone here has had contact with this station and has the necessary drivers? I would be very grateful for your help!
