How to capture mpd links?

I apologize in advance, because I believe there is already an open forum for this, but I couldn't find the answer I'm looking for in the publications I've read.

I need to access the mpd link of some videos to be able to download them. I used an extension in firefox that provided me with these links (when I accessed the video page), but I had some computer problems and lost all the extensions that were installed.

I don't remember the name of the extension I used so I couldn't install it again.

If anyone knows any method they can let me know, I would be very grateful.
