Change Pixel / Display AR for MP4 / H.264 files?

For AVI / DivX files, I use MPEG4 Modifier.

However, this doesn't seem to work with MP4/H.264 files.

Is there a quick and easy tool for this for Windows?

DAR (Display Aspect Ratio) of many formats (mp4, mkv, mov, mpg etc) can easely be changed without reencode by clever Ffmpeg-GUI.
