Recently i downloaded a "pre-encoded (in mpg format....that's all i know)" version of an anime movie...it was 95 minutes long....but i was able to put it onto an 80 minute cd in vcd format without re-encoding it...and it worked (all 95 minutes of it was there and it played perfectly)....so does anyone know how to make (encode) a file so it takes up less time on a vcd like this??? Please help me...
