I currently use avidemux and videoredo for simple trimming tasks.
For long videos with many segments to be trimmed, I find the UI lacking in both programs, and avidemux makes it worse by not allowing trims that don't happen on keyframes.
My question is:
How can I do the same on Premiere Pro CC WITHOUT having to re-encode the video? It is a pure 100% trimming job.
Source video is from OBS screen record in .mkv, CQP23.

the interface for both apps are terrible for trimming though. If PP is unable to do this, any other PP-lookalike app that can trim without reencode?
