problems with ulead dvd studio

i was wondering if anyone else is having the same problems with ulead dvd studio as me.
everytime i start up the program, is says there is a "vio load error, unable to load ezstudio.ini"
now, ive dumped the program and reloaded it, but i have the same problem
also, when the program is initializing, it gives 2 more errors
missing cpuinf32.dll and mpvpx.dll
i have done a search on yahoo, and i found a posting in a forum from someone who has the same problem, but there was no response as how to fix it
if anyone can give me any help, i would appreciate it
