My Panasonic LF-D311 is supposed to work (with its driver) with DVD-RAM UDF 1.5 and UDF 2.0, as well as FAT32 under Win XP, in addition to the DVD-R.
However, Panasonic says this only works with it's attached directly to the IDE bus. I'd prefer to use Firewire (but it's not absolutely necessary). Unfortunately, through Firewire I only get DVD-RAM UDF 1.5 and DVD-R working correctly with the usual Panasonic driver.
Does Prassi PrimoDVD burn UDF 2.0 to DVD-RAM? That way I'd be able to make my own home movies with DVD-RAM for testing on my set top Panasonic RP91 DVD player (which supports only UDF 2.0 for DVD-RAM), before a final DVD-R burn later.
