Two sub video in 4K Remux, 4k and 1080p.

Hello, it's my first post on the site, I'm following the site for a long time, but it is first time i registered and posted.

So first time i got confused, i got a 4K bdremux .mkv movie and it has 2 video in it, one is 4k another one 1080p resolution. My question is, if i remux it with 4k resolution one do i lose any quality or what is exactly?
