How to convert top/bottom 3D MKV to anaglyph 3D video?

Is there a tutorial or software that can do it?

Tons of past posts on the subject.

1. Decode to 2x views & resize to full height.
2. Do complementary color adjustment of the views.
3. Overlay the 2 views into 1.
4. Re-encode.

Probably best done in AVISynth. In fact, there was a plugin/script called "Pantarheon" (iirc) that did all the heavy lifting for you.
