How can i download this video? -Please HELP!

How can i download these episodes from ABC site? I tried using youtube-dl & ffmpeg, but neither worked (maybe because i'm using a VPN?).

I've tried using several VPNs like Hotspot shield & also chrome/firefox extensions, but the video isn't playing on any of my browsers nor getting downloaded with youtube-dl or ffmpeg. Do you know any good free VPN that i can use to access abc site?

What does --hls-prefer-native --no-part mean?

yt/dl worked for me no vpn and i am not in US and in fact the webpage says you appear to be outside us
