I have recordered tv show in .ts format. There are video stream, audio stream, 2 teletext subtitles and 5 dvb subtitles. That record has bad resolution (720x576). I have found same show with better resolution(1920x1080) but no any subtitles are there. In fact it is an .mp4-file.So, I need to replace a video-stream in .ts file with that one from .mp4 file. Is there any way to do this?
