    Hello,
    I searched for similar Errors but found nothing. I have installation problems with mkv2ac3 both on Windows 7 and Windows 10 pc.
    I also tried different versions of MKV2AC3 and always get the message that a program required for this install could not be run.
    Who knows this particular error? Something to do with Java?

    I would forget about such old (not updated since 2012) software. Use something that's still being maintained, e.g. BOX4.
