Bin file is a Binary file for direct burning, it already contains the MPG in a CD Image format.
MPG file is just the movie itself which requires authoring before it can be burned, a program like TSCV or VCDEasy will create a Bin/Cue file for burning out of the MPG file.Email me for faster replies!
