Here's how I did it. I was fooling around on the 'net one day, and did a search for plug-ins for Premiere. I tried a site called www.thepluginsite.com. Then I went to the submenu on the site called GalaxyAE, which is a site that you can download a bunch of plugins at one time. I downloaded it and installed it on Premiere 6.0. Then I went back and opened Premiere. I was expecting to just find some new transistions available, but I accidentally opened an MPEG2 file (a music video) that I had on my hardrive. It worked! I had to go back and check the properties of the file to make sure it was MPEG2, and it was. This was a purely accidental occurence, and it may not work for everyone, but it might just work for someone else.
