Im looking for free video converter that has support on amd amf/vce encoding and decoding like capcut

Issue i found in capcut is that there's is no way to queue multiple video for conversion
Handbrake and Format factory works - but the 70 percent of the process are transferred to the cpu itself instead of gpu.

do you know any video converter that has a full support of amd hardware acceleration like capcut, but has the same functionality of Format factory?
