Help removing transparent watermark

Hello, I'm new here. I want to remove a transparent watermark from video. I've read all the other threads about removing transparent watermarks, and I have tried to remove it myself with VirtualDub, but I can't seem to get the hang of it. What is the easiest way to remove a transparent watermark for someone who's totally new to this type of software. Yes, I have tried creating a picture to remove it myself, and I'm still stuck. I've attached photos of the video with and without picture. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here's a newer tool: InpaintDelogo https://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=1883832 Dunno about the "easiest for someone who's totally new to this type of software" part, but I'd be surprised if there was a one-click procedure.
