I have some blurays that I ripped as folders using DVDFabHDDecryptor. I know that these can be played in MPC-HC without menu support. Are there any free software players (for windows preferably) with menu support that will open blu-ray folders from a hard drive? I tried to use VLC but it looks like menu support is still experimental.

Try VSO Media Player. It doesn't read menus, but lists all the video files on the left side of the player. I don't miss the menus.

The Leawo Blu-ray player is free and works with many, though not all, Blu-ray menus.
You can also try the DVDFab Blu-ray Player, but I've never liked it as well.
