burn dvdr after using tmpgenc

just used tmpgeng to join 2 svcds together encoded a short clip as instructions for svcd to dvd played ok of hd burned it back to dvd r with nero locked up on writing lead out track i am 2 hours into converting the whole film 7 hours could someone tell me the proper way to burn it back with nero please
